James Samuel was born 1881 in Texas. He is buried in Pool Cemetery Montgomery Co., Texas.
James was a Baptist preacher and a prison guard at the State prison in Huntsville, Walker Co., Texas.
Others connected to this family through brother to James Samuel (Willie Ernest Turner) and uncle to James Samuel (Sam Houston Turner) are working on this line and will exchange information.
