Anyone researching the Sparks family of Victoria County? I have a Matt M. Sparks living in Victoria, Texas that I'm trying to find out who his parents are. He was married to the late Eunice Mayfield (my mother's sister). I believe that he was born in Victoria County in 1914, yet I am unable to find him on both the 1920 and 1930 Texas censuses.
