I am looking for family of Emma Jones. She is thought to have been born 6 Aug. 18??.(From census about 1857) in Tx. Her father was born in Al. and her mother was born in Texas according to 1910 Census of Karnes Co Tx.
She is said to be Indian.
She worked at McFadden Ranch in Victoria Tx. as a cook about 1890. She married Clofer Jones who also worked on the McFadden Ranch. They were in Karnes County Tx. 1910 and 1920. She is buried in Kennedy Tx.
Emma's and Clofers Children are Ocy, Obie, Clofer, Omer (Slim), Kate, Gladys, Meddy/Medi and Tillis.
Any help on this family would be appreciated.
