You will be very luck if you find any birth or death records in Court houses before 1900.
and even in 1900 they are scarce.

Most are in 1910 or later.

only death records that can be found is from Cemeteries.
You might write the Victoria library at 302 N Main Victoria 77














You might try to write to Victoria Library at 302 N. Main Victoria TX 77901 and ask about searching cemetery records.
Before 1900 there are no birth or death records. for TX.
