Call the County Clerk's office in Victoria for info. They helped me with death certificate info. OR contact the vital records in Texas and get a death certificate. Also the genealogy library in Victoria might have info. Also the funeral home that handled the funeral will have that info. I think that funeral home is located on Main Street or now the old Houston Hwy. I called them and they gave me a lot of info. I can't remember it's name. It has been sold. It is the oldest one in town. It was owned by Cookie Carruth (sp). It is under new ownership now but one of the funeral home's director should know which one it is.
