Julia Ann Allen (nee' Murrf) & T.A. (Thomas Andrew) Allen were my great-great grandparents. Their children were: May b. 2/5/1870 d.11/25/1873, Guy b. 6/1/1872 d. 1896 - Ella b. 2/14/1874 d. 11/26/1954 El Paso, Texas - Hue B. (Huey) b. 2/25/1876 d. 9/4/1876 - Dolly b. 1877 d. (?) - Gertha b. 1878 d. (?) - Fay (Draughn) b. 1880 d. 1903, Minnie b. 10/6/1883 d. 12/13/1883, Jim (female known as Aunt Jim)b. 10/8/1882 d. 9/11/1932 Valley View, Texas - Julia Ann (Pink) b. 1/8/1886 d. &/11/1962.

They lived in Van Zandt County, Texas.

Pink was my great-grandmother.

Julia was born on Oct. 25, 1845 in Carroll County Georgia. Her parents were Corneilius Murff (9/10/1809 - 5/18/1865) and Susannah Griffin (1818 - (?).

Julia, her parents, some of her children, are buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Kaufman County, Texas. T.A. is buried at Colfax Cemetery, Van Zandt County, Texas along with his grandaughter Epsie Ann. There may still be a memorial there for Julia, his wife. The memorial was placed there because her burial site was unknown at the time.

My grandmother always called Guntha, Gertha. And it was confirmed on census records we have found, Guntha is actually listed as Gertha.

If you want to know more about the Nalls' send me an email, and I will put you in touch with someone who knows a lot more than I do. I hope this information helps answer some of your questions.
