Looking for information on the family of JESSE MILES RILEY b:1830 d:aft 1900 and wife MARY FRANCES BAKER b:1839 d:1921. They were both born in Alabama, but I believe they met and married in Tippah Co., Mississippi. They settled in Van Zandt Co. Texas between 1880 and 1900. They were living with their son JOHN MILES RILEY and his family in the 1900 Census, Justice Precinct 1, Van Zandt Co., Texas. I can not find any record of them after this census, but did find a record in the Texas Death Index for a MARY F RILEY 29 Jan 1921 Van Zandt Co. and am guessing this is the MARY I am looking for.
If you have any information on these RILEY'S or any other RILEY'S I would love to hear from you. I am also trying to confirm the relationship between JESSE MILES and MARY F RILEY'S son WILLIAM EDGAR RILEY and LYDIA COLON RILEY of Van Zandt Co. Texas. They are said to be cousins and I have not been able to confirm or connect them beyond their marriage.
