Hi Wanda,
Wish I could tell you more about the RATLIFF Hotel, but I don't have anything further on it. You state that "Bertha Cranson BROWN died at the RATLIFF Hotel in Juno circa 1920". I wonder if there isn't some relationship here, as there were some BROWN'S connected to the RATLIFF FAMILY. In the 1870 census for Blanco Co., Texas, a Mary Jane BROWN Nedsmith (niece) and Robert BROWN (nephew) are listed with William & Sophie RATLIFF.
