I am looking for history of Lake Walk that is now somewhere in the Amistad Reservoir. Does anyone know how the name of Lake Walk came to be called that name?
I know that some of my family left Oklahoma and went to southern Texas in the late 1800's. Who was the Walk's in ValVerde county? Thanks for your time.
