L. J. "Cug" Davis b.1862, d.1944, buried in Sabinal TX, had 17 children. dau Mary E. (Molly) b.1886 in possibly Llano,TX, died 12-25-1958 Campwood TX, married Fletcher (b. 1885) 1904 in Bandera Co. TX, "he died of Brites Disease when Virgil w 7". She then married Evans in Eden TX. I have been trying to contact Fletcher kin. Cug was my G. Grand father. I was present at his death. Been gathering stories for years. Never heard he was a scout. I have photo of Aunt Molly's 3 sons. Would love to share w you. email: rawhide@peppersnet.com
