Do you have any dates, or even approximate dates, for Amos or Edna? I found an Edna on the 1900 census, she is a widow, children Myrtle, Bertha, Tom, Stella, Ludy and Addie. But, on the 1900 census husband/father is George P. So dates are needed to narrow down the search for your Amos and Edna.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
