I am looking for information on James Booker O'Bryant. He had 4 wives. Martha Ann McGlenn whom he married in 1848. The the mystery begins. There was Florence Allen, Nancy Denson Reed, and Ellen. I think Ellen was the mother of his last children including my great grandmother Emma Jane O'Brien Highsmith and another son Milton Smith O'Brien. Hiram and Jesse were born in Arkansas. The others were born around Utopia, Tx. They were Willis Jefferson, Milton Smith, Emma Jane, and Sarilda Ann. He had at least one daughter by Martha, Frances. The name was O'Bryant on the 1860 and 1870 census and then changed to O'Brien by the 1880 census. Helen Reavis Jones
