I don't have any information on William T Camp. I am researching this Camp family because my daughter is a descendant of Thomas Camp.

1870 census for this family was wrongly indexed as Cough.
1870-TX, Upshur, Precinct #3 PO=Pittsburg
CAMP, Thomas 50 M GA
Parc??y 47 F AL
James 21 M MS
Charlotte 10 F MS
Ansin 7 M MS

1860-MS, Monroe, Eastern Division
CAMP, Thomas 37 AL
Peachie 30 AL
Harriet 15 MS
James 10 MS
Mary 9 MS
Charlotte 3 MS
Valantine 1/2 MS
Orson 1/2 MS

1850-MS, Monroe, Eastern Division
CAMP, Thomas 28 AL
Peachy 22 AL
Harriet 6 MS
James Mc 2 MS

Monroe County, MS has record of marriage
CAMP, Thomas & CHISUM, Peachy 5-2-1843
CAMP, Harriet & MASON, W.D. 7-23-1865

Upshur County, TX has record of Marriage
CAMP, T.H. & SMITH, L.E. 5-23-1873

Some family trees have Peachy CHISM Camp dying in the 1860's however it appears that may be her listed in the 1870 census. Thomas appears to have married again in 1873.

My daughter's line is Harriet CAMP & William Daniel MASON who were in 1870 MS, Calhoun County; 1880 AR, Lee County; 1900 AR, White County.
