B. F. Williams of Pritchett Texas Late 1800's early 1900's

I am looking for information on B. F. Williams, the son of Dr. Benjamin Franklin Williams and Teresa Haden Williams. B. F. Williams was one of the founders of the Pritchett Preparatory Institute in the Pritchett, Upshur Co. community in 1901 and lived in that area. His father, Dr. Williams also practiced in that area and in Point Pleasant and Big Sandy in Upshur County and was a postmaster in the Upshur County community of Summit between Pritchett and Gladewater. In particular I'd like to know the dates of death for B. F. Williams who was born in 1863 in Alabama and his wife Berlah or Beulah. They had children listed on the 1900 cenus of Essie, Bessie, Frank and Mollie. Any information on this family is appreciated!
