Ore City is located in/near Upshur County, Harrison County and Gregg County. If Mrs. Dortch died in a hospital, she probably died in Longview which is in Gregg County. Her obituary would probably have been in a Longview newspaper. I'm not sure Gilmer was large enough at that time to have a newspaper.
