Go to the Texas GenForum, where the box says Jump to # -- put in 37033. Charles Baker has the TX State wide death index 1903-1940, and will do lookups. That will give county and date of death. With exact full date of death you can then obtain a copy of Benjamin's death certificate, it should show the names of his parents, and hopefull where he was buried. Also, you could check with public library in Upshur Co, see if they have old newspapers on microfilm. If they don't, they should know who does have them.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
