I have a Martin D. "Scott" Fulton who married a Mary Hardy, daughter of the "widow Hardy" of Tyler, TX. Martin Fulton was in the Texas Co. "E", Daly'e (Ragdale) Battn. Texas Calvary.

In a letter from T.L.Drowdy of Tyler County, a friend of Nancy Fulton Wagnon wrote in March 1872 to Nancy stated that "Scott has been courting a girl about 30 years of age and she is very wealthy, has a good farm and lots of Stock. I think they will be married in six weeks and if you want to see him single one more time, then you had better come and then you are apt to be at his wedding."

Martin "Scott" Fulton had family in Alabama that married some WATTS. Wondered if you could help me with this Scott Fulton. His children's names,we think, were: William Franklin 1878, Ree 1882, Mary 1884, Eva 1892. Do you know of anyone else who could help?
Please e-mail me. Thanks, Nita
