Do you have a Matilda Sheffield B. 1825, in your data? She is on the 1850 Baker co Ga census , Married James Luckey B. 1823.
I found them on the 1870 Tyler co Census.
the family is listed as:
James Luckey 47
Matilda 45
James F 17 (Buried in Jasper Co Texas) Kirbyville
Wm. (William Roscoe) 14 ( This is my grand pa.
Colonel 12 ( We think this is Mitchell )
John 9.

I am at a dead end on Matilda Sheffield . I assume they are buried around Woodville Texas. I also saw some Sheffields on the 1870 Woodville census .
Any info is deeply appreciated.
