I'm putting my message here because someone found a Flora Franks on the TX death index online d. Travis County 11-12-1969 Travis County,TX. This person may have been a relative I never met. I'm going to assume(yes I know what they say!!)
she could have been a niece of my gr grandmother.

My gr. grandparents - Pink Franks m. Flora Vereen -- I don't know when or where they were born. I do know, there is/was family in TX.
My grandparents - Booker Franks b. Hastings, St Johns County, Florida on 4-20-1908 d. 7-21-1976.
was married to
Julia Chappell b. 10-27-1914 in Troy, Alabama d. 3-16-1998.

My grandfather's siblings were:
Mary Wise(aunt Tessie b. 9-20-1919 d. 9-19-1976 m. Clarence Wise) Ohio
Gladys Ross - Compton, CA
Lucille Daniels - Los Angeles, CA
*Lela
Jay D
*Earl
Ross - Stationed in the South Pacific during WWII

I'm told Earl and Lela were killed in a car/train collision in 1930's
The family moved to California after WWII.

Booker/Julia's children were:
Booker,Jr.(TX)
Robert-my father, Doris and Joan (OH)
Thomas & Donald (Deceased)
Julia Louise (VA)
William (NY)
James (MD)

If you have any information on these family members, please email me at:
*** kayttt@netscape.net ***

or, feel free to pass this information to someone, who may be able to help.

Thanks,

Karen
