I am searching for information on William "The Colonel" Keliehor and his wife, Annie C. Thompkins.
William was born Jun 15 1838 in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. He died Aug 20 1923 of a heart attack in California on a train going through the mountains. He is buried at Varsi Chapel, Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, CA. I have the following census records for him:
Home in 1851: Sub-district Otonabee, Peterborough County, Canada West (Ontario), Canada
Home in 1870: Township 3, Contra Costa, California
Home in 1880: Precinct 5, Williamson, Texas
Home in 1910: Oakland Ward 3, Alameda, California, not with wife but with Michael Cavanaugh
William's mother's maiden name was Cavanaugh or Cavanogh and I think Michael Cavanaugh must be a cousin of William's.
William's parents were Dennis Keliehor and Ann "Nancy" Cavanaugh, both of whom were born in Ireland.
Annie was born Oct 14 1840 in Ridgetown, Chathan, Ontario, Canada. She died Mar 18 1931 in Medford, Jackson Co., OR. She's buried at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Austin, TX.
Annie's parents were both born in Ireland, but I don't know their names. I know she had at least two brothers, Mack and John. John was born in Ridgetown, Chathan, Ontario, Canada and died in Canada.
I have the following census records for Annie:
Home in 1870: Township 3, Contra Costa, California
Home in 1880: Precinct 5, Williamson, Texas
Home in 1920: Medford, Jackson, Oregon
Home in 1930: Medford, Jackson, Oregon
It appears that sometime between 1880 and 1910, William and Annie stopped living together. I would like to find the 1900 and 1920 censuses for William and the 1900 and 1910 censuses for Annie.

Annie's maiden name is sometimes spelled Tompkins.
Leliehor is sometimes spelled Kelcher, Keleher, Kalehar, among many other variations.
Their children were born in Austin, Texas and Contra Costa Co., CA.
