Looking for Irine London in Travis County , Texas(Early 1900's)

My Grandmother's sister is Irine London, and I have come
across records to indicate that she may have been put in
the State Institute for Feble Minded Sometime after her birth in 1907. There is a Arane London Listed in the 1920
Travis County census living there according to that census.
I want to know how i could get records of when she was
put in that Institute? Who were her parents and How long
she was there? And is there a record of when she died.
Irine London's Parents are Allen London who died in 1912
and Anna York. If i could find out the record of who are
The parents of the girl in the Institution, then i could tell if she is one of my grandmother's sibblings. All of my grandmother's sibblings had good minds except maybe for
this one child. If you have any information on this please
send it to: mjackson8465@sbcglobal.net .
Thanks,
Sincerely,
Mark Jackson
