While at the Tom Green co Library I found the following info from City Directories. The library has some books missing, but the Hasty family showed up a lot.

1915/16: 6 Hasty names, including Charles B, laborer, living alone
1925: Charles B & Emma, wks as farmer
1927/28: " " "
1929/30: Charles B, wks @ TelCo
Cecil R first appears, wks @ TelCo
Jesse first appears, no job listed
all live in same house

1931: Cecil R, no job shown
Charles B, auto repair
(Miss) Edith,
Jesse, mechanic
all live in same house

1934: Cecil & Nora, wks as auto mech
Charles B appears to own his own auto shop
C B, jr. wks for Dr Pepper
all live in same house

in 1934-36 there is a Lewis W & Julia Hasty living 2 blocks down same street from C B family.

1936: Cecil & Nora have there own home, and C B jr still lives with parents
Miss Frances I appears for first time living with parents

1937: Cecil & Nora are listed while in other house is C B, Emma, C B jr, & Frances

1938 book is missing
1939 only lists Cecil in one home and C B, & C B jr in other home.

1940 book is missing
1941: Charles Sr is living in home with Cecil
Mrs Emma J Hasty is in old home with C B jr living with her

1942: C B jr & (wife) Marguriete live in new home. Jr. is shown as US Navy
Mrs Emma is now living in a 'rear apt' at new address
Cecil & C B , sr are not listed.
I did not find C B sr again in city.

1944: Jr & Marguriete have child David, he still shown as US Navy
Emma in same apt... no others listed

1946: C B JR is back working for Dr Pepper, Emma is still @ apt

I was running out of time but quickly jumped to 1954 where Cecil R is back, "Buddie C" & Marg are here, & Emma is still here.
Other Hasty family shown is a Charles T & Marie L Hasty

Hope this helps, Randy
