My great grandfather was a Smith at Cason, Texas in the late 1880s. I have an old letter he wrote my great grandmother Belle Redding. The letter has Cason at the top.
Curious to see if you have a J. S. Smith. I don't know his name, only his initials which he used to sign the letter. Thank you for any info on my Smith ancestor.
