I've seen dates that do not match from the TX Dth Idx online 1964-1998 and the SSDI index. But FamilySearch is now offering "free" an index to digitized copies of the actual death certificates 1890-1976, and your Cora is on there. Unfortunately names of her parents are listed unknown, but name and addres of the hospital where she died, and county and name of the cemetery where she was buried are listed.

Just type in Cora Harris, click on drop event and click on death, year 1969, and just Texas. More then one match comes up, but she is the first one listed for this one.
Cora A. Harris, b 10 Apr 1890; d 27 Nov 1969; Mt Pleasant, Titus Co, TX; buried Omaha City Cemetery, Omaha, Morris Co, TX.
You might check out that cemetery, see if she buried with her husband????
You can obtain a copy of the application she filled out for her SS card and she should have known the names of her parents. Also, listed will be her residence at the time of her application.
