My mothers mother was Alta Lavada Smith. She was called Vada for short. She was the daughter of James Alexander Smith and Rebecca Florence Blevins. The granddaughter of David M. Smith, b. Alabama and Nancy Ann Riddle, b. Gibson co. Tennessee. Ollie Viola Smith was Vadas sister. email at oarnold@glade.net or ph. (903)362-4011. Believe your folks lived in DFW area. Had a relative that lived in Ennis, Texas maybe??
