C.D. (Charles Dickens) Coon and his wife Lillie Belle Miller moved to Throckmorton Co., in 1907 with 3 young children, they lived there for 1 year.
C.D. and Lillie Coon then returned to Throckmorton Co., about 1945 and raised "whitefaced" cattle until C.D.'s health forced him to retire. He died 2, Jan 1960 and Lillie joined him 6, Mar 1969. At the time of Lillie's death; there were 8 children, 43 grandchildren, 29 great-granchildren, and 2 gg-grandchildren.
Would like to talk to family members about this family. Trying to trace family back to New York??!!!?? in 1845.
