Dee Allen Armstrong (Papa) died Sunday Mar 28 at his home surrounded by his family.
Born Nov 16, 1910 in Ward Co near Monahans. Lived in Imperial, Lamesa and Sweetwater, TX. Graduated High School in Abilene attended ACU got a BS in chemistry.
Married Frances Elder of Bardwell, TX his college sweetheart ion June 28, 1934.
Survivors:
wife Frances; daughter Jeanelle Ray and husband Gary of Abilene; son Charles Armstrong and wife Linda of Waco.
Grandchildren:
Anne Gale Thompson; Dee Scott Gale and wife Tracy; Laura Ray Carillo and husband Pedro; Matt Armstrong and wife Patsy; Mark Armstrong and Amy Armstrong
Great-Grandchildren: Alyssa Munro; Ashley, ALlison and Pida Thompson, Christopher, Jeremy and Samantha Gale, Samantha Mayes and Parker Allan Carillo, Ethan Armstrong and many nieces and nephews.
Interment in Elmwood Memorial Gardens.
