Had to wait till I could get to the library and check our rolls.

I tried Chickasaw, Creek, Cherokee, Choctaw and Seminole rolls-
Some are the Emigration Rolls 1817-1835

Could only locate one Ray - a Solomon - who was a white that married a half blood - he was in McMinn Co., TN

I could find no other variations on any of the names you listed.
