I am not sure what Precinct Caps was in 1910 but I can tell you according to the Soundex for 1910 there was NO Elbert, E.L., Lee or Inez in Taylor County for the census.
There was an Elbert Crowell in Dallas County with wife Emma.
E.L. Corley age 63 in Tarrant Co - no children
E.L. Corley age 41 in Stonewall Co wife listed as Mougy no Ozella or Thelma.

Betty
