I did find a Julian Cecil Long b. 26 Jul 1899 and d. 16 Nov 1979 in Dallas County. His last residence was in Cedar Hill. I don't know if this was Amber's husband but the dates work. You should be able to determinie from their marriage record if the middle name was C. or Cecil. If it is her husband, It might be worthwhile to get a copy of his death certificate to see if the parents names are shown. Since he appears on the SSDI, you also have the option (for $27) to get a photocopy of his SS Application for SSN which has his parents names just as he wrote them in probably 1936/37.
