The newspaper was "Abilene Daily Reporter"-
it is now "The Abilene Reporter News".
I can check if they have 1906 for you (I just checked at the library).
I can get the address for Garden of Memories out of the book tomorrow.
Vital Records would be out of Austin- Dept of Health- (death certificates, birth etc) unless it was before 1903 then the county would have it.
By the way he was the only Rister listed in that cemetery.
