I am looking for information on a Dr. Tye that lived in the Oak Grove community of Tarrant County Texas. He was there at least during the period 1880-1884.

He reportedly helped some orphans (Mattie, Nannie, and Jessie Garland) after the death of their father and following the leaving of their step-mother.
