Bastrop is another county in Texas.

The 1900 Census for Marine, Tarrant County, TX
Rattican(as written), Mattey/Mattie J., May 1860, born in Indiana to father born in Germany, mother in Ohio. Hotel keeper, widower.
Stella, daughter, born Oct 1885 in Texas to father born in Ireland, mother in Indiana
Hortense, dau, born July 1890 in TX to father/Ireland, mother/Indiana
Ruth, dau, Jan 1893, Texas, father/Ireland, mother/Indiana.

-There was a Katie Ratican that married a John W. Anderson, 28 Jan 1891; but, additional data eliminates her as half sister to Stella
-Martha, the mother was Martha Jane Daley, wife of John Ratican, Hortense M. married an Abbott and died 4 July 1971 in New Braunfels, Comal Co, TX
-Ruth married a Charles Scott on 19 Dec 1914 in Wichita Co, TX.

The "buried from the home of Mrs. J.D. Anderson," could be the clue. If the Anderson's had a large ranch, they could have had a family plot there. BUT, where was she? Did they live in/around Fort Worth ? I would imagine (My own speculation) they did because mother and sister were in 1900.

Good luck.
