John Nichols

Lived in or around Sonora, Sutton County Texas.
Height 6’ 4” weighed 195, complexion was fair, Eyes brown, square chin, black curly hair, it was said he looked like Clark Gable
Completed the 10th Grade
Drove Truck before going into the Marines
John Nichols was in the U.S. Marine Corps, a Private, 25 Platoon, A.D.M.C.B., and San Diego, California in 1940.
Methodist
Was married after 1940, had no natural children but adopted one son and maybe a second child.
Brother’s Name Lawrence Nichols his wife name was Velna they lived in Sonora Texas.
Father : John & Lawrence Nichols‘s father lived in the Sonora Texas area he was a truck driver and owned his own trucks.
DOB 1880 –1882
He had two brothers and two sisters.
