Head of the family was Lucian Springs, his wife, Sarah, daughters, Mary and Martha. Mary married a C. A. Yarbrough on 8 Dec 1891, in Smith Co. Lucian 's widow, Sarah Ann is on 1890 Tax list, pg. 178. If anyone can supply me with some information, I would be so grateful. They were originally from Macon Co., Alabama. I have the family bible with many Springs surnames listed.
