Hi and thanks for finding the info. I now see/know Ella Driver's father's name, and that he was born in Texas too. That will help me track him down too at some point.

Where I got there were two (2) Driver children was on a later census record where Mary Elizabeth ?-Driver-Shahan's record stated that she had two children and two were living children. I do not recall the year it was. She was 40 in 1880 so while possible, doubtful she had a child with W.A. Shahan. I have learned US census records can be wrong.
