Helen, I have looked for years on info. of my Crittenden
family that came to TX from first; SC, then ALa. then TX.
On dau. was born in TN before they came to AL. They came to TX in abt the 1830-40's. Some were in the TX Rev. and lived in Cherokee Co., TX. Bethenia Crittenden, born 1790 married Richard Chandler, born 1790 also, both born in VA or NC. Richard came from SC and I do not know if they married in VA or where. One son was named Robert, and
Bethenia named one of her sons Robert Crittenden Chandler.
Both died in Garrison, Nacogdoches Co., TX.

I would like to know if Bethenia is of your Robert Crittenden line. I would love to have your lineage in
case I do find a link. Thanks.

Beverly Conner
