Hello all you history friends,

My name is Judy Bell. My Great Grand father William Preston Bell (Preston)and wife Salina went from Grayson County to Shakelford with foue children around 1873 and settled in or around in the flats of Ft. Griffin. They are on Page 10 of the 1880 Census.

My question for all of you is: How do I determine where they lived using the Census.

Also he was Buffalo Hunter with his father-in-law Charles Martin.
Does anyone have these names in any of the history of Buffalo hunters. Charles Martin suposedly died in Ft. Griffin from complications after a wagon of buffalo hides fell on him. I anyone has any inforamtion or knows where he is buried I woudl appreciate the help.
