I'm not related. Here is what I found based on census info and death records.
Jewel O. Shaw's parents were Thomas Calvin Shaw and Lillie Pearl Watkins. Based on what was found Thomas C and Lillie divorced at some time, but I have not been able to find when.
Thomas C. Shaw's parents were William G. Shaw and Melvina Norris.

I found Thomas C Shaw again in 1930. He is divorced and his widowed mother, Melvina is living with him.
I didn't find him in 1920, nor was I able to find the Lively's in San Saba co.
I checked out http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html?..#p=0
for the death records and found Thomas Calvin Shaw and his son William W Shaw which gave the names of parents and I was able to find mother's names that way. So far they are the only two I found, but I haven't done an exhaustive search.
Hope this helps and gives you another piece or two to work with.
If I find anything further I will post again.
