Alex. Horton story of early San Augustin

In the Handbook of Texas under Harrier Fenley Roberts, it says that her first husband Robert Collier/Callier was murdered in 1824 in Sabine Co. by his brother and a disillusioned suitor of his daughter. The reference given was to Alexander Horton's , A True But Bloody History of the Past in San Augustine :Reminiscences of An Old time Resident.
Does anyone have this story by Horton, and will you please check it for the Collier/Callier story? Harriet went on to marry John S. Roberts and moved to Nacogdoches.
I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
