Kay, thank you for your response. Yes, I did finally see Mrs. Toole at the jailhouse musuem. She told me to go into the cemetery by the old church. The grave was in a small iron-fenced area just a few yards inside the gate. I don't know how I missed it before. There are several family members buried within this fence. Also, the DAR finally approved Ada Missouri Loyless Whitehead being the daughter of Henry Loyless. I found a transcription of a store record in a book of old GA records that stated that Missouri, daughter of Henry Loyless, paid Henry's bill. I also was sent a copy of estate records where Missouri Whitehead was listed as an heir although it didn't say that she was Henry's daughter. If you're interested in joining the DAR, these have already been accepted under national # 799334. Good luck in your research.
