Estate of J. W. GRisham Deceased

Whereas Matilda Boon by her Attorney John Jackson and John J. Grisham lawful heirs of said J. W. Grisham deceased have filed in open court an agreement of the division of the land belonging to said estate. It is ordered and decreed by the court that the division agreed upon by said Matilda Boon and John J. Grisham heirs of said deceased be approved and recorded as [ ] for [ ]

To the Honorable John J. Robinson, Chief Justice within and for said county
The petition of Matilda Boon, formerly Matilda Grisham and John J. Grisham Administrator of said estate. [ ] respectfully to represent that their belongs to said estate. One half league of land situated in Nachadoches Co. TX. Some 14 miles [west] from the town of Nachadoches known as the East half of the James L. Ewing League of Land.
The said half league [ ] by Ewing to [ W. W.] Holman and by said Holman to said John J. Grisham [ ] Administrator as will most fully appear by [reference] to the [ ] [ ] deed in Nachadoches County. Your petitioning further [ ] [ ] they have mutually agreed to divide the said half league of land. By the said Matilda Boon [ taking ] the south half league. Once that the said John J. Grisham [ taking ] the North half, and your [ ] [ ] your honorable Court will [ ] [ ] and
[ ]. That the [ ] Matilda Boon have full and complete title to the south half of said half league of land and that the said John J. Grisham have full and complete title to the North half of said league of land your petitions will ever [ ].
