I am trying to find out which Irby family Dudley M. "Dud" Irby descended from. He married Mary Lucy Wood on 6 May 1887 in Rusk Co., TX. Dud, his wife Mary, and three of their children are buried in the old Gould Cemetery in Rusk Co. The children were Homer, Wilma, and Dollie. Did they have also have a daughter named Bettie? She wasn't living with them on the 1910 Rusk Co. census, she may have married by then. I found Newton Irby who married Mary M. Watson and one of their children was named Dudley W. Irby. This Dudley married Reba Wallace. Is Dudley M. Irby connected to this Irby family in any way? Thanks for any help with this.
