It looks like there might be two Green B. Morgans in Texas. Note Age and name of wife on the one on the 1930 census. They don't match with the other records. There are people on Rootsweb's WorldConnect working on that George and Lucy, the children do not match ones listed in earlier census. This looks to be the "other" Green Morgan, not yours. But, I did find several of the Morgan children that fit your couple and they give maiden name of their mother as Hill.

No Le Flore Co in TX, but there is one in OK and Green B. Morgan is there and I believe he is yours as next door is son Odie with his family. Maybe some more of the family went to OK an stayed there.
