Update to my query:
John T. FITZPATRICK died 15 Dec 1927, Royse City, TX according to CSA Pension Application. His daughter, Mrs. J. M. LOVING, Royse City, signed Application for Mortuary Warrant. I believe this is the Bessie mentioned in my original query, and her name should be Bessie LOVING, not LAWING.

I feel certain that John T. FITZPATRICK, wife Bettie, and possibly children are buried in a Royse City cemetery. Could someone please check for me? Any help appreciated.
