Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Maybe you haven't used GenWeb sites???? Go to TX GenWeb --http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~txgenweb/ -- click on TXGenWeb County Indexes. For example for Robertson click on R, find Robertson Co. on that list and the county seat is given right there. I suggest you click on Robertson and see what else they may have for your research.

GenWeb and GenForum are two of my most favorite sites. GenWeb is manned by volunteers so they vary from state to state and county to county on quantity and quality of research material. Most are growing and you need to check back from time to time.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
