Thanks! Looks like we need to go back one more generation. The names seem familiar, but they're not in any documents I have. John, Tom, and William are all common names in this family for about 3 generations back, and I see they show up here. The name Goolsby is common to us, as Joe W. Jackson married Susie E. Goolsby before they came here from Jones County, Georgia. Otherwise, it's very uncommon in the general population as far as I'm aware.

There *is* a Eunice in my family way back and the only thing I know is that she was a heavy drinker. Perhaps that's her? I'm more familiar with the upline on this one...do you perhaps know who your ggrandfather might have been?
