Charlene, thank you for your input. If your Jacksons lived in Franklin, I'll bet we have at least a partial match. The original names for the 1878-80 timeframe are John & Sallie Hammock Jackson, Joe W. Jackson and Susan Goolsby Jackson, Tom Jackson and Lucy Ann Winney Jackson. I can give you some of their children as well if you need them. Mary F. Smith was listed as Tom & Lucy Jackson's cousin on the 1880 census and living in their household. Mary being listed as born in Georgia...a new one on me. Thanks for the help.
