Confederate John Jackson is buried in the Walnut Cemetery in Bremond (back right corner). Fought with B Co, 12th Georgia Volunteers and was with Lee at the surrender of Appamattox. b. 19 Dec 1845 in Jones County, Georgia d. 7 Jan 1929 in Bremond. Sorry this is so late...just saw the note and am new to the site.
