We have been researching the Field/Low family found on the 1830 and 1840 Claiborne Parish La. Our David Field and Winna Low were close to Robert Low, Daniel Low, Abner Low, and Fielding Low at Claiborne Parish. We believe that Robert Low is the father of these Low's and our Winna Low is the sister to your Fielding. David and Winna named their children: Daniel, Robert, Fielding, Louis, Green, David, Victor and Mary Ann. Who was Fielding Low's first wife? I have found two wives and have the Confederate pension that his last wife was receiving along with the date of Fielding death in Robertson Co. Do you know where Fielding is buried? Let me know how we may exchange information. We are still trying to find documentation to prove that Robert was the father of our Winna, but so far have not been able to find.
